Organizing some thoughts

If your muses are as prolific as mine, you probably have thousands of ideas spinning around your mind. And, if you are like me, you want to write out every single idea all at the same time!

So, before I lose focus and end up with nothing to show, I am going to get my thoughts organized. There are just about as many ways to get organized as there are topics to write about though! Where to start, where to start?

I've given it some thought and have come up with this:

1. Items with submission deadlines
a. Orange You Erotic 3rd & final draft
b. Take Orange You Erotic photo
c. Photoshop new photo

2. Items with money making potential
a. 33 Worst Mistakes Writers Make About Homeschooling - 1st & 2nd drafts
b. Ruby Cross 4th & hopefully final draft of the novel
c. SMALL Reports on the topics of low carb dieting and journaling

3. Items I can quickly write/edit
a. Booger-Eater-Lover kids' book 1st & 2nd drafts
b. Digging for Gold kids' book 1st & 2nd drafts (yes, these are part of a series I have in mind!)
c. Inner Gold poetry anthology (most poems already written & revised)
d. Phantasms poetry anthology (again, most poems already written & revised)

4. Items I am passionate about
a. The remaining 5 novels I've written and the 2 I've started--finish all through 2nd drafts
b. Vignettes - the writing project I'm preparing for my daughter...for when she leaves the nest

So there you have it. My muses are not all about organization, but right now I have way too many things going on to not be somewhat organized! I'm printing this out to put in the cover of my personal journal...to remind me where my priorities lie when it comes to writing.

Happy day!
